Embroidery Stitch Size & Pricing
Guide

Our embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, which reflects
the size, detail, and density of your design. The more stitches required, the
higher the cost due to increased production time and thread usage. **$0.25 price increase for larger design areas.**

Stitch Count Pricing

• Per 1,000 stitches – $1.25
• Up to 10,000 stitches – $12.50
• Up to 19,999 stitches – $23.75
• 20,000+ stitches – **$1.50/1K stitches

Size Guidelines

Stitch count is typically influenced by the physical size of the design:

• Small Logo (Chest / Cap Size) – Approx. 3"–4" wide - $1.25/1000+ stitches
• Medium Design – Approx. 5"–7" wide - $1.25 -**$1.50 (If complexed and over a 20K stitch count).**
• Large Design (Back Placement) – 8"+ wide - **$1.50/1K stitches

Please note: Final stitch count may vary depending on design complexity,
fill density, lettering size, and fabric type.

1. Choose Your Design

·Select your preferred size and color.

·Choose from our available design templates or upload your own artwork/logo.

·Add names, quotes, dates, or special messages (please double-check spelling).

2. Personalization Details

·Enter the exact text you want printed (including
capitalization and punctuation).

·Specify font style and color (if applicable).

·For photo uploads, please ensure images are high-resolution (300 DPI recommended) for best print quality.

3. Placement & Layout

·Standard placement is centered unless otherwise requested.

·If you have specific layout instructions (e.g.,
wrap-around design, front/back printing), please clearly describe them in the
notes section.

4. Proof & Approval

·A digital mockup/proof will be sent upon
request.

·Please review carefully and confirm approval within 24–48 hours to avoid production delays.

5. Production & Care

·Production begins once all details are
confirmed.

·Customized items are made to order and are
non-refundable unless defective.

·For best longevity: o Hand
wash recommended. o Avoid
abrasive scrubbers. o DO
NOT microwave unless stated as microwave-safe.
