Refund policy

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IF ISSUE IS WITHIN OUR REFUND POLICY REGULATIONS.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the order number, color, size, and name of product so we can better assist you.

Our regulation guidelines are as follows:

  • Shipping cost to send back exchanged item will be the responsibility of Sweetart Workshop to the purchaser.
  • Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item for exchange.
  • After the 14 day return window has expired, no item will be eligible to return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I

**ALL BILLING, SHIPPING, AND CONTACT INFORMATION MUST BE CORRECTED AT CHECKOUT.

Please assure to check all of your shipping information before checking out. Accurate physical addresses with the correct spelling of the street, numbers, and zip code. Failure to re-check your information at check out can result in your product not being delivered properly. If this is the issue of improper delivery, we will not be responsible for resending the product, or exchanges. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

ALL CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED MADE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please include all related information when returning products such as color, size, name of item, and correct order number.


Refunds
We currently do not do refunds but EXCHANGES ONLY. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After we have contacted you, you can proceed to choose the same product or a product of equal value from the site.
